Ld. Advocates for both sides are present.  Misc. Application bearing No. MA-611/2013 is taken up for hearing.  It is submitted by the Ld. Advocates for the parties that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the petition of compromise has been filed bearing MA-611/2013.  It is also submitted that the complaint case may be disposed of in terms of the compromise.  Having heard the Ld. Advocates for the parties and on perusal of the Misc. Application it is ordered that the Complaint Case is disposed of in terms of the compromise petition.  Let the petition of compromise be treated as a part of this order.  The Misc. Application is also disposed of.
