Complainant namely Mr. Bimal Kumar Singha is present in person and in support of his identification, he furnish the copy of his Aadhar Card.

On the other hand, Ld. Counsel appearing for O.P No. 1 and 2 is present.

It is submitted by Complainant in person and the Ld. Counsel appearing for O.P No. 1 and 2 that the compromise has been effected in between the parties outside this Commissioner and to that effect on behalf of both the parties a terms of settlement has been filed. That apart, a joint petition of compromise on behalf of the Complainant and O.P No. 1 praying for disposal of the present case pending before this Commissioner, on the ground of compromise and praying for passing necessary order to drop the present proceeding.

The Complainant also submit that he has already received Rs. 1,30,000/- from the O.Ps.

It is Complainant in person, who submits that in view of such compromise, he is not at all interested to proceed further and necessary order may be passed for dropping the case.

Ld. Counsel appearing for O.P No. 1 and 2 also supported the submissions of the Complainant in person.

In the above backdrop, let the instant case be disposed of with full satisfaction.

                        Let copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost.
