Order date: 29 .08.2024.

        Today is fixed for hearing of the M.A. case and objection, if any, by the OPs.

          Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.

         Ld. Advocate for the OP No. 1 is present.

         From the order dated 02.12.2022, it is seen that the order in respect of petition for condonation of delay cannot be passed this day without disposing of the present petition for amendment.

Considering the above fact,  M.A case being no. 105/2022 is taken up for hearing.

Heard the Ld. Advocates of both sides.  No objection is raised. 

On 02.12.2022, Ld. Advocate for the complainant  filed this M.A case, grounds stated therein from serial No. 4 to 9 for amendment of the complaint.

In our opinion,  for proper adjudication of the complaint amendment as sought for should be allowed.

Hence, M.A. case being No. 105/2022 is allowed and thus disposed of.

Complainant is directed to file amended complaint.

         The petition for condonation of delay will be heard later.

         Let a copy of this order be given to the parties on free of cost.

To  26.09.2024  for filing amended complaint by the complainant.
