Present:       None for the DH.

                   Case called several times since morning but none appeared on behalf of DH.  It is now 3.30 p.m.  From the perusal of the order sheet we observed that for the last 4 hearings nobody is appearing on behalf of the DH.

                   This execution is pending since 19.12.2000. From the perusal of the record of the case we found that in this case bailable warrants have been issued against the OP no. 1 & 2 several times and latest on 23.07.2013, 14.11.2013, 04.09.2014, 17.10.2014.  All the warrants have been received back unexecuted with the report that Sector No. and House No. of OP no. 1 & 2 for the address of Mani Majra Town have not been given, so the warrants cannot be executed.  The DH has failed to provide the correct address of the OP no. 1 & 2 for the execution of bailable warrants and now the DH or his counsel is not appearing in this case for the last various hearings. It seems that the DH is not interested to pursue his execution and same is hereby dismissed for non compliance of the order and in default.  File be consigned to the record room.
