Complainant is present. The O.Ps are also present through their respective A/Rs.  Both parties have jointly filed a compromise petition dated 19.03.2019 stating that they have settled their disputes out of Court amicably and the Complainant do not want to proceed further against the O.Ps.  Perused the compromised petition dated 19.03.2019 filed by both parties.

It is ascertained from the submissions of the parties and as per compromise petition that the parties to the present disputes have settled their disputes amicably with certain terms and conditions.  Further it is ascertained from the submissions of the Complainant that he has received a new tyre replacing the alleged old one tyre from the O.Ps. and he has no further claim against the O.Ps. as fully satisfied.

In view of the above compliance made between the parties and as per the compromised petition dated 19.03.2019, we are inclined to close the case.  The present case is closed henceforth.
