Following order was passed by this Commission on 21.09.2022:

“Case is called out. 

None is present on behalf of the appellant.  Sh. Naval Subba, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 is present.

According to office report dated 14.07.2022, registered court notice was issued to the appellant on 21.05.2022, which is not received back in the office as yet.

Thus, the registered court notice issued to the appellant has not been received back in the office after expiry of 30 days’.

Accordingly, service of registered court notice upon the appellant is held to be sufficient.

In the interest of justice, one more opportunity is provided to the appellant.

Put up on 29.09.2022 for further orders.”

Inspite of that, none has appeared on behalf of the appellant even today.

It appears that the appellant is not interested in pursuing this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed in default of the appellant.
