Both the Dhr. and Jdr. are present and represented through their respective Advocates.

The order of the Apex Court dated: 15-07-2023 passed in Diary No.28125/2020 has been complied with by payment of Rs.50,000/- in favour of the Dhr. by way of Demand Draft No.032094, dated: 18-07-2023 drawn on Axis Bank, Bankura Branch and also giving LPG Gas connection  to the Consumer/Decree Holder.

The copy of D.D. and the Gas connection proof are on record, filed by the O.P./Jdr.

Let the D.D. be handed over to the Dhr. on proper receipt and identification.

Hence it is ordered……..

That the instant Execution case is accordingly disposed of on full and final satisfaction.

Both parties be supplied copy of this order free of cost.
