Case has been called several times since morning and ultimately at 3.00 p.m.but none appeared on behalf of the applicant. On the last date of hearing also, none appeared on behalf of the applicant. Hon'ble State Commission has stayed the execution of impugned order vide order dated 25.3.2015. All this shows that the applicant is no more interested in prosecuting the present execution application. As such, same is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution. However, the applicant is at liberty to file afresh execution application after the decision of appeal before the Hon'ble State Commission. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
