This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to pay a sum of Rs.9,50,000/- towards compensation for mental sufferings, loss and damages of machine and for cheating and fraud with cost of Rs.50,000/- to the complainant.

Notice to the opposite party is not taken through correct address for a long time.   The complainant and Counsel absent for a long time.  No representation also.  Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
