ORDER

The Decree Holder has made a statement for withdrawal of the execution petition by submitting that he has received Rs. 12123/- from the Judgment debtor and has also stated that NOC would be issued as per the court order dated 01/04/2016, therefore, he does not want to pursue with the present execution petition. His statement has been recorded separately.

2.         In view of the statement made by the Decree Holder, the present execution petition is hereby dismissed as having been fully satisfied. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
