ORDER DATED 06.04.2015 – This case record is put up today on the strength of an advance petition filed by the complainant along with a memo to drop this case as the complainant does not want to proceed further with this case. We perused the case record along with petitions filed today. It is seen that the case is posted to 17.04.15 for filing of fresh step by the complainant for issuance of fresh notice against Op as the first notice returned back on served with postal remarks “not known” same is attached in this case record. Hence order was passed on 27.03.15 for fresh notice. However as the complainant does not want to proceed further with case and praying to drop this case. We allowed the petition filed today and dropped this case as withdrawn.
