ORDER

In the instant case the value of the product is more than 20 lacs as such this Forum has no pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain and decide this case  in view of the judgment  passed in Ambrish Kumar Shukla & 21 Ors Vs. Ferrous Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. passed by the Hon’ble National Commission.

                   In this view of the matter the complainant has appended a note on the complaint, he withdraws this complaint with liberty to file a fresh complaint.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned
