                Therefore he filed the complaint for return of the original registration documents besides payment of Rs.83,000/- towards loss of earnings, depreciation etc.,

The point that arises for consideration is whether the order of the District Forum is vitiated by any mis-appreciation of fact or law in that regard?

a) loss of earnings for six months at Rs.8,000/- at Rs.48,000/-,

b) Rs.10,000/- 

c) compensation of Rs.25,000/-.

In fact for the claims under A and B, the complainant did not adduce any evidence.
