Parties have compromised. Statements of Learned Counsel for the OP no.1 & 2 and that of the Complainant with Counsel recorded. In view of Statements made by them, the present complaint is disposed of with the directions to the complainant to make payment of Rs.4000/- to the Opposite Party No.1 & 2 within 10 days and thereafter the Opposite Party No.1 & 2 shall issue NOC to the complainant within 15 days. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of costs under the rules. File be consigned to the record room.
