ORDER:  

                   Today the case was fixed for filing reply on behalf of opposite parties.

2.                          Instead of filing of written statement, counsel for opposite parties has made a statement that “in the present case, company is ready to re-issue the mediclaim policy with continuity benefits, unaffected from any lapse.

3.                          Shri G.N.Singh, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that “I agree with the statement of counsel for opposite party.”.

4.                          On the basis of the statement of the counsel for the parties, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction to opposite party to  re-issue the mediclaim policy with continuity benefits, unaffected from any lapse within 30 days from today.  There are no order as to costs.  Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
