ORDER

     Heard. Parties have compromised the matter out of court. Counsel for complainant has appended an endorsement on the front page of the consumer complaint that on behalf of complainant, he has received DD of the amount of Rs.3,76,491/- as full and final settlement of the claim from OP No.3 to 5. Hence, prayed that complaint may be disposed of as compromised. Photocopy of DD retained. In view of the same, this consumer complaint is dismissed having been compromised.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned
