ORDER:
Today the case was fixed for filing reply on behalf of opposite parties.
Instead of filing reply on behalf of opposite parties, Shri R.K.Gupta, counsel for the opposite parties has made a statement that “In the present case, company is ready to re-issue the medi-claim policy with continuity benefits, unaffected from any lapse, subject to deposit of the premium by the complainant, which was refunded by the company on dated 09.02.2023 and is also ready to possess the claim of Yash Tayal, subject to submission of original medical treatment record with the insurance company.”
On the other hand, Shri G.N.Singh, counsel for the complainant has made a statement that “I agree with the statement of counsel for opposite parties.

On the basis of the statement of both the parties, the Commission is of the opinion that the complaint is disposed off with the direction to opposite parties to re-issue the medi-claim policy with continuity benefits, unaffected from any lapse, subject to deposit of the premium by the complainant, which was refunded by the company on dated 09.02.2023. Opposite parties are also directed to process the claim of Yash Tayal, subject to submission of original
medical treatment record with the insurance company. There are no order as to costs. Compliance of this order be made within 30 days from the date of this order. Copy of this order be sent to the parties concerned free of costs. File be consigned to the record room.
