Perused file. It is true that none is appearing for complainant since last dates of hearings i.e. 28.01.2016, 07.04.2016, 11.07.2016, 01.09.2016, 19.10.2016 & 10.01.2017 consecutively. Court notice through speed post has been issued to the complainant has been delivered on 15.11.2016 as per track report. There is no other address of the complainant on the file.

It appears that complainant is not interested in persuing her case. It will be abuse of process to proceed further in the absence of complainant. Hence complaint is dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above.
