DHr is absent without taking any steps. JDr is represented by Ld. advocate. Heard Ld. advocate of JDr. Ld. of JDr fairly submits that they have already comply the direction of the Hon’ble National Commission by making payment of settlement amount.

Today is fixed for filing show cause by the DHr. But neither the DHr nor the Ld. advocate of DHr is found present. Accordingly we are of the view that the DHr is not at all interested to proceed with this matter furthermore.

Hence, it is,

ORDERED

That the instant Execution Case being in No. 08/2021 is hereby dismissed.

Let a copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost.
