EXTRACT OF ORDER

Dt.22.11.2016…         The case is taken up today on the strength of a memo filed by the counsel for complainant, wherein he stated that, the dispute in question has already settled by both parties and the OP fulfilled his claim with utmost satisfaction of complainant, hence he prayed not to press further the case in the interest of justice. Memo considered. As both the parties have already settled the dispute with satisfaction of complainant, at this stage it would quite abuse of process of law to proceed with the case. Hence we drop the case against the OP accordingly. No costs. Let the free copy of this extract be supplied to the parties concerned.
