OP is ready to make payment of Rs.1,00,000/- to the complainant as full & final settlement pertaining to the present subject matter which is acceptable to the complainant. Counsel for OP submits that copy of this order be given Dasti to release this amount to the complainant directly in his account after providing particulars of account.

OP is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- in the account of complainant directly through NEFT/RTGS on providing particulars.

Matter is disposed off as settled.

Copy of this order be supplied/sent to both the parties free of cost as per rules.
