                        This case has been taken up today in the Lok Adalat. The matter has been settled between the parties. The complainant has received full and final payment of Rs.1,97,000/- from OP No.1 and he has returned the car to OP No.1 and he does not want to pursue his case further in any manner. Statement of counsel for the parties to that effect has been recorded separately. Accordingly, the complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
