Perused and considered the Misc.Application no.41/2023 dated 27.01.2023 along with its written objection.

Heard both sides.

Considering the balance of covenience and inconvenience and to avoid multiplicity of proceedings betweent the parties, the prayer for interim order is allowed.

The opposite parties are hereby restrained by way of interim order from selling, tranferring and or assigning the flat in question mentioned in the schedule of the complaint till disposal of the case.

Thus, the Misc.Application no.41/2023 dated 27.01.2023 is allowed on contest but without any cost.
