The Appellant M/S Aysha Opticals has entered appearance getting notice, it is submitted that the money by Pay Order in Syndicate Bank, Port Blair already been deposited in favour of President, District Forum in accordance with the order of State Commission. Xerox copy of Pay Order is filed. The Respondent is at liberty to apply before the District Forum to withdraw the money. The President, District Forum may encash the Pay Order, if not cashed already and handover the money to Respondent .It is reported that the Spectacle in question is lying with this Commission or District Forum. The Bench Clerk is directed to find out the Spectacle and return to the Appellant. District Forum record be sent to the forum with a request to sent it back when done with.
              A copy of Order be given to Respondent as also put up to Appellant.
