-: ORDER:-

 

The complainant has made this complaint seeking replacement of the defective mobile with a new defect less mobile and to pay certain amount in this regard.

2.       The opposite party appeared and tendered the new mobile. It has been accepted by the complainant.  In view of the above, we pass the following:-

 

ORDER

1.       The complaint is disposed off.  The new mobile that has been furnished to the complainant shall have warranty for one year from today. 

2.       The parties shall bear their own costs.

3.       Return the extra sets filed by the parties to the concerned as under Regulation 20(3) of the Consumer’s Protection Regulation 2005.

4.       Send a copy of this order to both the parties free of costs, immediately.
