ORDER

This an application for refunding the amount deposited by the applicant/Op with this Forum in compliance of order dated 15.3.2011 passed by the Hon’ble State Commission alongwith interest, if any, accrued thereoen.

                        It is stated in the application that the applicant/OP has already paid the entire amount to the complainant  and as result whereof the complainant had withdrew execution application filed by him and the this Forum accordingly vide order dated 5.3.2012 dismissed as withdrawn the execution application being fully satisfied.  The  counsel for the applicant/OP has placed on record Annexure A-2 and A-4 in support of his submissions

                        Heard.

                        As per office report dated 29.12.2017, an amount of Rs.2,71,000/- stands  deposited in A/c of District Forum in the instant case. Since it is apparent from Annexure A-4 that  the OP has already satisfied the decree, therefore, there is no hitch in releasing the amount. The amount of Rs.2,71,000/- along with interest, if any, be released in favour of the applicant/OP. Office is directed to release the amount and to take necessary action for release of the amount. 

            Certified copy be sent to the parties free of charge. After compliance file be consigned.
