                   Heard on the point of maintainability. The case of the complainant is that he purchased one Mosquito killing system and co2 cylinder from the ops for Rs.83,999/- as per invoice No.AW13 dated 4.7.2014 issued by ops. However, as it did not work properly, so as per the instructions of ops, the complainant returned back the said system to ops on 4.8.2014 through consignment note No.002004 of Jaipur Golden Transport company Pvt. Ltd. Delhi but till date the ops have not replaced the said system with new one as per their assurance and even have not refunded any amount to the complainant. The said system has been purchased on 4.7.2014 and has been sent back on 4.8.2014 but present complaint has been filed on 16.9.2016 i.e. after limitation period of two years. Further, admittedly, the op no.1 is carrying its business at Aurangabad and op no.2 is carrying its business in Mumbai. The ops have not provided any service to the complainant at Sirsa. Admittedly, Ops have no branch office to carry business within the territorial jurisdiction of this Forum. So, the present complaint is dismissed for want of territorial jurisdiction.  A copy of this order be supplied to the complainant as per rules. File be consigned to the record room.
