                    Today the case was fixed for arguments. However, learned counsel for opposite parties has moved a miscellaneous application No.359 of 2024 seeking stay of the proceedings or adjourning the matter sine-die in view of the moratorium under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.

                   On the other hand, Mr. Arjun Kundra, learned counsel for complainant has appeared and suffered a statement that he received an e-mail dated 27.05.2024 from his client Shri Sandeep Sehrawat (Complainant) who brought into his notice that the present matter has been settled between the parties. Further he stated that he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint in view of the e-mail received on behalf of complainant. He also placed on record the e-mail dated 27.05.2024. Statement of learned counsel for complainant recorded separately.

2.                  In view of the statement made by Mr. Arjun Kundra, learned counsel for complainant, miscellaneous application No.359 of 2024 stands disposed of and present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                  Application(s) pending, if any, stand disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.

4.                  A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for perusal of the parties.

5.                  File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
