          Mr. Rohit Kaushik, complainant No.2 has appeared in person and suffered a statement that, he may be permitted to withdraw the present complaint as the matter has been settled between the parties. His statement in this regard recorded separately.

2.                  In view of the statement made by Mr. Rohit Kaushik, complainant No.2, who appeared in person, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

3.                  A copy of this order be provided to all the parties free of cost as mandated by provisions of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. This order be uploaded forthwith on the website of the Commission for perusal of the parties.
