M/s Avalon Group through its Authorized Signatory, Head Office at Plot No-166, ground floor Udyog Vihar, Phase-1, Gurugram.

Also at No.5, 3^rd floor city mart, Sohna road, Gurugram.

Also at 9^th floor SAS Tower, Medicity, Sector-38, Gurugram.

Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

                  Today the case is fixed for compromise. Compromise effected.

                 Learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP, so he does not want to pursue the present complaint further and withdraws the same being compromised.

                   In view of the above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
