Today is fixed for admission hearing of this case.

Complainant is found present and ready.

In course of hearing it is found that RTO, Hooghly has not been impleaded as a party in this case and so this complaint petition is outrightly rejected. When this matter is pointed out to the ld. Advocate of the complainant, the complainant “not pressed the complaint petition voluntarily”. As the complaint petition has been not pressed voluntarily, this complaint case is dismissed. This case is not admitted.

However, the complainant is given liberty to file this case on the self same cause of action after curing the defect.
