1.       M/s Atul Glass House, Shop No.15, Sector 12-A (Railly), Panchkula, Tehsil and District Panchkula through its Proprietor/Partner/Manager.

2.       M/s Ozone Overseas Pvt. Ltd., H-40, Bali Nagar, New Delhi, 110015 through its Manager.

Present:       None for the parties.

 

                  

                   Today the case was fixed for further proceedings. On 27.08.2015, order under execution application was fully complied with and the Op No.1 was directed to install the machine in the office of complainant within two days. On 09.09.2015, none was appeared on behalf of the Ops and the execution was again adjourned to 22.09.2015 for further proceedings. But thereafter, none has appeared on behalf of the parties till today. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4.00 P.M. Today again there is no appearance on behalf of the complainant as well as Ops. It seems that order under execution has been fully complied with and the present execution application has become infractuous and the same is hereby disposed off accordingly.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
