ORDER

     Case taken up today in National Lok Adalat. E-mail received from attorney of complainant that the case has been settled and the settled amount has been received and the defective bed has been returned and therefore, she wishes to withdraw the present complaint. Alongwith e-mail, copy of settlement deed dated 12.02.2022 and copy of receipt dated 21.02.2022 also received showing the settlement between the parties.

     In view of above, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being settled.   

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
