            The complainant is absent on calls. OP 1 and 2 are present through their Ld. Advocate.

            Today is fixed for showing cause by the complainant but no cause is shown. No step taken. Record reveals that on earlier occasion i.e. on 07.05.2018 the complainant remained absent and for this reason the complainant was directed to file show cause as to why necessary order shall not be passed against him due to absence and non-compliance of the forum’s order.

As today the complainant remained absent as usual without showing any cost and Ops are present, under these circumstances we have no option but to dismiss the complaint as in our view the complainant has lost his interest to proceed with this complaint.

            Hence it is ordered that the Consumer Complaint being no- 450/2016 is hereby dismissed for default. There is no order as to cost.

Let plain copy of this order be given to the parties free of cost as per the CPR, 2005.
