On the previous date i.e. on 03/08/2009 the Complainant was absent without any step and on call. None appeared on behalf of the Complainant.

The case was pending for filing W/V by the O.P but on 04/05/2009 the O.Ps filed a petition praying for time to file W/V on the ground that a Criminal Case is pending and they will be able to file W/V after disposal of Criminal Case.

The said petition is pending for hearing from 19/05/2009, 19/06/2009.

On 17/08/2009 the Complainant files a petition for time.

On that day the Complainant was present and submitted that her Ld. Agent has not come.

Time was allowed as last chance filing 31/08/2009 but on the day no step was taken. Opportunity was again given to the Complainant.

On 31/08/2009 filing this day for hearing of the petition but no step was taken.

In such circumstance, we are reluctant to drag the case.
