                        The parties appeared and settled the matter. Their statements have been recorded. It is ordered in view of the settlement that OP No.2 & 3 would install the brand new Air Conditioner on 8.2.2010 at the premises of complainant and they would also handover the warranty card for one year duly stamped and signed by the OP No.2 & 3 to the complainant. The execution  application stands disposed of accordingly.

                        Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
