This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to  refund a sum of Rs.29,49,889/- paid by them with interest till date of payment and to pay a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- towards compensation for mental agony and harassment with cost to the complainant.

 

APC filed.  On verification of the Amended complaint, this Forum exceeds Pecuniary Jurisdiction.  Hence, this complaint is returned to the complainant for proper presentation of the case before the appropriate Forum having Jurisdiction.

Time for representation: One month.
