Non-bailable warrants against JD No.4 i.e. M/s Arun Dev Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. not issued as correct address of JD No.4 not furnished. Even list of property of JD No.4 has not been filed by DH. Several effective opportunities have been granted to DH. Even today none appeared on behalf of decree-holder. Case called several times since morning. It is already 4:30 PM, but none appeared on behalf of DH. Hence, it appears that DH is not interested in pursuing the execution. There are no sufficient grounds for further adjourning this case for the purpose of making compliance of order of this Commission by the complainant. Hence, this execution is hereby dismissed for non-compliance of order of this Commission.

Copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of costs and file be consigned after due compliance.
