The complainant has filed three separate complaints in respect of commercial property. Arguments heard at length. At this stage, learned counsel for the complainant wants to withdraw these complaints. As prayed, the complaints are dismissed as withdrawn. Again as prayed by the counsel for the complainant, the complainant is also given the liberty to seek relief to his grievances to other forum except the consumer forum as per law. The complainant can take advantage of the Supreme Court Authority for exclusion of time reported in Laxmi Engineering Works Vs.
