This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties 1 & 2 under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 to reimburse the amount of Rs.21,893/- spent on hospitalization in the 1st opposite party hospital and to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- towards compensation for physical suffering, pain, stress and mental agony and with cost to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant and 1st opposite party is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations raised in the complaint and contentions raised in the written version.  Both complainant and the 1st opposite party and their Counsels absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
