Called out. Counsel for the applicant Sri O.P. Srivastava and counsel for the opposite party Sri Anand Bhargava are present.

An application has been moved by the applicant for correction in the judgment order in Complaint no.12 of 2017 that at page no.1 name of the counsel for the complainant ‘Sri Anand Bhargava’ has been typed while “Sri Anand Bhargava” was counsel for the opposite party and counsel for the complainant was Sri O.P. Srivastava.

We have perused the judgment/order dated 2.1.2024 in which at the time of argument none was present for the complainant and Sri Anand Bhargava was present on behalf of the opposite party and argued on behalf of the opposite party. Therefore, the application is liable to be allowed to the extent that “Sri Anand Bhargava” be written against the coloum of counsel for the opposite party instead of counsel for the complainant.

The misc. application is allowed to the extent that “Sri Anand Bhargava” be written against the coloum counsel for the opposite party in place of counsel for the complainant and “none present” be written against the column for the complainant.

Let the amendment be incorporated accordingly.  

Accordingly, the misc. application is disposed of.

The stenographer is requested to upload this order on the website of this Commission at the earliest.
