Sri Veer Raghav Chaubey, learned Counsel for the revisionist appeared.

Heard learned Counsel for the revisionist and perused impugned order dated 20-01-2017 passed by District Consumer Forum-II, Lucknow in Complaint Case No. 636/2015 Mohd. Yunus V/s M/s. Apple Real Inframart Pvt. Ltd. which reads as follows:-

“पक्षकार उपस्थित। विपक्षी ने समय चाहा। वादी को आपत्ति है। वास्‍ते बहस 21/4/17 को पेश हो।“

Perusal of impugned order shows that it is only an adjournment order. No final order has yet been passed in complaint. As such we find no justification for interference in impugned order. However, a direction may be issued to District Consumer Forum to decide complaint expeditiously within two months.

In view of above revision is dismissed. However, District Consumer

Let copy of this order be made available to the parties within 15 days positively as per rules.
