ORDER

     Main consumer complaint No.330 of 2018 put up. Contents of the application supported by affidavit also perused. Perusal of the record i.e. order  dated 08.05.2019 shows that Dr.S.P.S.Grewal,OP No.3, as per reasons recorded in the order was issued a bailable warrant for appearance before this Forum in the aforesaid consumer complaint on 13.06.2019 alongwith proclamation as per Order 16 Rules 12 & 13 of CPC, 1908. Per contents of the application, the recalling of order prayed for. Contents perused. Dr.S.P.S.Grewal,OP No.3, admitted on bail on furnishing  personal and surety bonds in the sum of Rs.500/- each before this Forum. However, counsel for applicant/OP No.3 stated that OP No.3 will not furnish the personal and surety bonds though he will appear on 13.06.2019. In the absence of furnishing personal and surety bonds before this Forum, we put our judicial hands off to recall the order dated 08.05.2019.

     At this stage, counsel for applicant/OP No.3 puts an endorsement on the first page of the application itself that this application is not pressed. As such dismissed. Record of this application after due completion be tagged with consumer complaint No.330 of 2018.
