During the course of proceedings of this case, statement of the Complainant recorded that his claim in the captioned case has been settled by the Opposite Parties and the claim amount of Rs.60,331/- is paid by the Insurance Company vide Cheque bearing No.250155 dated 08.11.2017 drawn on HDFC Bank Ltd. in his favour and same is duly received by him. His claim is duly paid by the Insurance Company/OP. As such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn being compromised.

In view of the statement suffered by the Complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
