COMPLAINT UNDER SEC. 12 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986.

Present:          Complainant in person.

                        Mr.R.S.Dull, Adv., for the OP No.1.

                        Mr.Nitin Sood, Adv., for the Op No.2.

                      Mr.Sukaam Gupta, Adv., for Op No.3.

                       

                        Today the case was fixed for compromise. Counsel for the Op No.1 has made a separate statement in which he states that he is ready to pay Rs.62,125/- (Rs.Sixty two thousand one hundred twenty five only) as full and final settlement of the present claim. Said payment shall be credited into the account of complainant within a period of 14 days from today.

                        Complainant has also made a separate statement in which he states that he has heard the statement given by Sh.R.S.Dhull, counsel for the Op No.1. He accepts the settlement and in view of the statement, he does not want to press the present complaint and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.

                        Heard. In view of the statements, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. We order accordingly.

                        A copy of this order be sent to the parties free of costs and file be consigned to record room after due compliance.
