ORDER

            A compromise has been arrived at between the parties with the efforts of Lok Adalat.

            Sh.Anant Pal Singh, Counsel for Complainants, alongwith Sh.Praveen Vij, Complainant in person, has made the following statement, recorded separately;-

“The OPs have redressed the grievance of the complainant. The complainant has received Rs.30,000/- in cash and Rs.35,000/- by way of cheque bearing No.000101, dated 05.07.2013 drawn in favour of Parveen Vij on HDFC Bank, from OP No.1. Now, the complainant does not wish to press this complaint. It be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However, the complainant reserves his right to file a fresh complaint for redressal of his grievance in case the said cheque of Rs.35,000/- is dishonoured.”

            In view of the above statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file a fresh complaint on the same cause of action for redressal of his grievance in case the said cheque of Rs.35,000/- is dishonoured.

            Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
