Present complainant in person and Counsel for OP-2 and filed compromise dated 08.12.2018 which has been attested by this Forum. Hence looking to the terms of compromise Exh-1, OP-2has handed over a cheque bearing no. 508318 of Rs.27,000/- drawn on Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Connaught Place, New Delhi to the complainant as against full & final settlement.Photo-copy of cheque alongwith receiving of the complainant is placed on record. The complainant stated that no grievance is left and case be disposed of as settled.

In view of above, the case of the complainant is disposed of as settled. File be consigned to record room.
