ORDER

             Ld. Counsel for the complainant –DH has made a statement that he has received the cheque no. 760078 dated 10.01.2017 for Rs. 68192/- favoring the complainant-DH from the respondent-JD and now nothing is due towards the respondent-JD. Thus, he does not want to continue with the present execution petition and it may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

             Heard.

             Statement recorded separately.

             Keeping in view the above statement, the present execution stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.
