ORDER

                    Sh. K.K. Bhardwaj, counsel for the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the application that he withdraws the present execution with liberty to file fresh one, if the further interest will not be paid till handing over of actual physical possession of plot in question.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this execution application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh one, if need be.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
