Ld. Counsel Mr. Vishal Tahlani appeared for complainant. Ld. Counsel Mr. Anurag Singh appeared for opposite parties.

Ld. Counsel for complainant submitted that parties have settled dispute with mutual consent and complainant has been provided accommodation in another project of opposite parties namely Shiv Shakti. As such, complainant does not want to press this complaint.

In view of submission made by ld. Counsel for complainant, complaint is dismissed as not pressed.
